## **The role**

### Your Missions

Reporting to management, you will take charge of the overall management of the HVAC projects entrusted to you, from the study phase to the acceptance of the site.

### Studies & Technical Sales

Analyze client needs and specifications (CCTP).

Carry out costing, dimensioning of installations, and prepare calculation notes.

Develop technical and financial proposals.

### Purchasing & Preparation

Select equipment and negotiate with suppliers.

Place material orders and manage site supply.

Define the necessary human and material resources.

### Site Monitoring & Execution

Manage the execution of works in compliance with deadlines, budget, and safety rules.

Supervise installation teams and/or subcontractors.

Participate in site meetings and ensure financial monitoring (invoicing, amendments).

Manage the acceptance of works and the lifting of reservations.

## **The profile we're looking for**

Profile Sought: Education: BAC+2 to BAC+5 (BTS FED, DUT Thermal Engineering, HVAC/Energy Engineering School or equivalent).

Experience: Beginner accepted if solid training in climate/thermal engineering, or first successful experience in a similar position.

Technical skills: Mastery of costing, sizing tools, and regulatory calculations. Knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) is a plus.

Personal qualities: Rigor, autonomy, interpersonal skills, responsiveness, and negotiation sense.
