In this c…" "og:title": "Hydromechanical Project Manager (M/F)" --- # Job offer :** Hydromechanical Project Manager (M/F)** Permanent contractLivet-et-Gavet, 38220, Auvergne-Rhône-AlpesFull-timeMATemps pleinManufacturing / Production, othersTechnical Management1 day per week38 000 – 45 000 €/an ## **Actual Talent** [**08 11 36 94 40**](tel:0811369440) [All the agency's jobs](https://www.actualgroup.com/en/jobs?recruiterCode=NYAT) ## **The role** Reporting to the General Manager, you will gradually take over the management and coordination of the hydromechanical projects entrusted to you. ### In this capacity, you will be involved in **Project Management** - Follow projects from the launch phase to completion. - Participate in defining needs and technical solutions. - Build and monitor project schedules. - Coordinate various stakeholders and ensure deadlines are met. - Identify potential bottlenecks and contribute to their resolution. - Provide regular reporting to management. **Costing and Project Monitoring** - Analyze additional client requests. - Participate in costing changes and additional work. - Assess the technical, financial, and scheduling impacts of modifications. - Monitor validated additional services. **Design Office / Workshop Interface** - Act as a liaison between the client, the design office, and production. - Monitor the progress of studies and the manufacturing of equipment. - Communicate with workshop teams to integrate manufacturing constraints. - Participate in resolving technical issues encountered in production. - Coordinate the interventions of machinists and external subcontractors. **Procurement and Suppliers** - Monitor supplies required for projects. - Follow up on orders and supplier lead times. - Anticipate potential delays or supply difficulties. - Ensure consistency between supplies and the project schedule. **Site Monitoring** - Participate in the preparation and monitoring of on-site interventions. - Travel occasionally to construction sites. - Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with the schedule. - Participate in site meetings and technical discussions. - Act as a liaison between site teams, the workshop, the design office, and the client. **Client Relations** - Be a primary point of contact for the client during project execution. - Participate in follow-up meetings. - Collect and analyze change requests. - Ensure regular communication on project progress. - Contribute to building a lasting relationship with clients and partners. ## **The profile we're looking for** With a **Master's degree, ideally from an engineering school in Mechanical Engineering, Boiler-making, Industrial Mechanics, Mechanical Design, or equivalent**, you wish to move towards industrial project management. **Recent graduates or those with initial work-study experience are welcome!** Initial experience in an industrial environment, design office, mechanical design, production, or project management will be appreciated. You have a solid foundation in mechanics and are comfortable reading technical drawings.
