Reporting to the business management, you will lead your operations from A to Z, from the development of the technical-economic strategy to on-site deployment, while managing a team of specialized technicians. You will become the key contact for clients across the entire Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region to transform their energy efficiency and connectivity challenges into concrete successes. ### Your main missions / responsibilities will be as follows Develop and structure the BMS activity within the regional scope to strengthen the agency's strategic positioning. Design and price technical and financial offers adapted to respond relevantly to client specifications. Ensure top-tier client relations to build partner loyalty and guarantee the satisfaction of decision-makers. Coordinate the production of construction sites, both in new works and renovation, to secure the adherence to schedules and contractual commitments. Monitor the financial and analytical management of business to optimize the profitability of operations. Manage and support the dedicated technical team to foster skill development and collective project success. ## **The profile we're looking for** ### Profile sought This project is aimed at profiles passionate about the technological integration of buildings and project management, eager to combine technical rigor, commercial flair, and team leadership. ### Experience and Education - Bachelor's to Master's degree in electrical engineering, electrotechnics, automation, BMS/BMS or home automation - Proven experience of at least 3 years in similar functions in project management or BMS business ### Technical skills Mastery of BMS/BMS communication protocols: BACnet, Modbus, KNX, M-Bus, LonWorks, REST API Operational knowledge of programmable logic controllers and market solutions (Schneider Electric, Distech Controls, Trend, Wago, Loytec, Siemens, etc.) - Mastery of supervision tools (PCVue, Panorama or equivalents) - Mastery of financial business management (budgets, margins, subcontracting) ### Behavioral skills - Interpersonal skills and customer-oriented commercial posture - Autonomy, initiative, and rigorous organization - Natural leadership and team spirit ### Travel to be expected Yes (occasional regional travel to construction sites in the PACA region) ## **The company** **Actual Talent** ### About the company Actual Talent is the European specialist in Talent Acquisition and Assessment for Actual group, the sixth-largest player in employment and work in France.
