## **The role**

As part of strengthening our teams, we are looking for a **Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) Officer** for a permanent contract (CDI).

Within the Supply Chain & Purchasing Department, you are responsible for the **performance and quality of the supplier panel**. You contribute to selecting, qualifying, evaluating, and supporting suppliers to meet the company's requirements in terms of **safety, quality, costs, and deadlines**, while ensuring the satisfaction of our internal and external customers.

### Your main responsibilities

**Drive supplier panel performance**

- Manage, in collaboration with the Purchasing teams, the supplier panel and identify the necessary actions to reach the required levels of cost, quality, and lead time.
- Monitor and regularly communicate supplier performance to the Supply Chain & Purchasing Department.
- Analyze non-performance situations and implement appropriate action plans.
- Lead performance reviews and AIC (short-interval management) meetings and organize, when necessary, "rapid response" actions.

**Ensure supplier qualification and evaluation**

- Manage initial qualification and maintenance of supplier qualification: approvals, ratings, approval scopes, and performance reviews.
- Manage Product/Process audits at suppliers and contribute to their qualification according to defined grids and standards.
- Ensure the updating of supplier documents and data in company tools, particularly Oracle.
- Participate in supplier selection reviews and provide your quality expertise during sourcing phases.

**Drive supplier continuous improvement**

- Analyze risks related to the product/supplier pair from the sourcing list stage.
- Identify and monitor quality risks and implement necessary preventive and corrective actions.
- Manage supplier continuous improvement processes, including DAC and individualized action plans.
- Follow up on actions until their completion and closure.

**Contribute to the quality management system**

- Maintain and develop the quality management system within the Supply Chain & Purchasing scope.
- Update procedures and instructions according to the needs and changes of the organization.
- Develop and maintain the supplier audit and process audit plan.
- Manage monthly SQA indicators and ensure their analysis and communication.

## **The profile we're looking for**

- **Master's degree (Bac +5)** in the field of **Quality, Engineering, or equivalent**.
- **Proven experience in a similar position**, ideally acquired in an **industrial** environment.
- Solid command of **quality management and continuous improvement** methods and tools.
- Experience in **supplier audit / process audit**.
- Possession of an **auditor certification** (ISO 9001, IATF, VDA, or equivalent) would be a real asset.
- Good analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to work with various stakeholders: Purchasing, Supply Chain, Production, Quality, and suppliers.
- Autonomy, rigor, team spirit, and ability to drive long-term action plans.

- Remuneration between 45 and 50K€ gross annual over 13 months
- Occasional travel in Europe (1 to 2 times per month)
