## **The role**

**Join our team as a Charcutier (M/F) for the end-of-year holidays!**

As part of a temporary assignment in **Méricourt (62680)**, we are looking for a passionate professional to strengthen our teams during the festive period. Your expertise will be essential to delight our customers with quality products.

### Your missions

You will be responsible for developing and preparing a wide range of charcuterie specialties (pâtés, terrines, roasts, blood sausages). You will ensure the cutting, the presentation of products on the shelf, as well as the preparation of festive platters. In direct contact with customers, you will provide your expert advice while ensuring impeccable hygiene and compliance with HACCP standards.

### Your profile

Holder of a **CAP/BEP Charcutier-Traiteur** or justifying significant experience, you master artisanal manufacturing techniques. Organized, dynamic, and endowed with excellent interpersonal skills, you know how to manage the excitement of high-activity periods with a smile and professionalism.

## **The profile we're looking for**

To fill the position of **Charcutier (M/F)**, we are looking for a person passionate about working with fresh products and endowed with solid professional experience of **3 years**.

The ideal candidate holds a **BEP/CAP or equivalent** and masters the techniques of cutting, preparation, and presentation of charcuterie products.

We particularly value rigor, a sense of customer service, and strict compliance with current **food hygiene and safety** standards.

Your technical expertise and your ability to work in a team will be decisive assets to ensure the satisfaction of our customers on a daily basis.
