## **The role**

Join our teams as a **Tiler (m/f)**.

### As part of this position, your duties will be as follows

You will be in charge of **laying tiles, earthenware, paving** and associated coverings.

Your rigor will allow you to ensure high-quality finishes. As a true professional, you will manage your sites **independently**, from the start-up phase to completion.

We are looking for a person capable of **supervising and coordinating** the work of a tiler and an apprentice, while passing on their know-how. You will ensure scrupulous compliance with deadlines, safety rules, and our customers' satisfaction.

### Profile sought

You have **proven experience** in tiling/earthenware.

You demonstrate autonomy, rigor, and an excellent sense of organization.

Your ability to manage sites independently, combined with your team spirit and taste for transmission, will make the difference.

Proposed remuneration: **According to profile**

### Remuneration and benefits

- IFM (end-of-mission allowance) = 10% of total gross remuneration
- ICCP (paid leave compensation) = 10% of gross remuneration (with IFM).

## **The profile we're looking for**

As a **Tiler (m/f)**, you will be the guarantor of impeccable finishes.

We are looking for a qualified person with a **Level IV qualification (General, technological or professional Baccalaureate)**, testifying to your solid technical mastery.

To occupy this position with autonomy and efficiency, proven professional experience of **3 to 5 years** is required.

Your expertise will allow you to intervene with precision on various sites.

Your rigor, your attention to detail, and your taste for well-done work will be your best assets to satisfy our customers and enhance your know-how within our team.
