With a network of 103 agencies located throughout France, in mainland France as well as in the French West Indies, French Guiana, and Reunion Island, ERGOS affirms its proximity to local stakeholders and its ability to respond to the economic and social challenges of each employment area. As a committed player in the social and solidarity economy, ERGOS supports people in integration towards sustainable employment on a daily basis, while meeting the skills needs of companies with high standards. Our approach is based on individualized support, promoting access to employment for all, without distinction: women and men (M/F), young people and seniors, people with disabilities, job seekers, RSA recipients, or even people under judicial supervision. Thanks to the generalist dimension of our ETTI agencies, we operate in a wide variety of sectors such as construction, industry, logistics, goods and passenger transport, as well as the service sector. This plurality allows us to offer professional paths that are adapted, scalable, and in line with the realities of the labor market. Concerned about securing professional paths and valuing skills, ERGOS deploys a wide range of pre-qualifying and qualifying training courses. These systems allow our employees in integration to develop their employability, acquire new skills, and build a sustainable professional project. In close connection with employment partners and companies, ERGOS works every day to reconcile economic performance and social impact, thus actively contributing to the development of territories and professional inclusion. ### **Want to join the adventure?** Apply without waiting! ## **Apply for this job** ## **Similar jobs** [**Actual Rouxmesnil Bouteilles** ROUEN![Actual Rouxmesnil Bouteilles](https://www.actualgroup.com/_ipx/w_96&q_75/recruiters/icone-actual.svg)](https://www.actualgroup.com/en/jobs/aide-foreur-en-grand-deplacement-h-f-lu-re1252347a397610) [**Ergos St Nazaire** ST NAZAIRE![Ergos St Nazaire](https://www.actualgroup.com/_ipx/w_96&q_75/recruiters/icone-actual.svg)](https://www.actualgroup.com/en/jobs/calorifugeur-h-f-lu-re1251143a397451) [**Actual Metz** NORROY LE VENEUR![Actual Metz](https://www.actualgroup.com/_ipx/w_96&q_75/recruiters/icone-actual.svg)](https://www.actualgroup.com/en/jobs/tecnicien-commercial-sedentaire-en-elec-f-h-lu-re1249851a397280) [**Actual Brest 2** GUIPAVAS![Actual Brest 2](https://www.actualgroup.com/_ipx/w_96&q_75/recruiters/icone-actual.svg)](https://www.actualgroup.com/en/jobs/calorifugeur-f-h-lu-re1262758a398869) [**Actual Agen** Roquefort, Nouvelle-Aquitaine![Actual Agen](https://www.actualgroup.com/_ipx/w_96&q_75/recruiters/icone-actual.svg)](https://www.actualgroup.com/en/jobs/pelliste-h-f-lu-re1262734a398862) [**Actual Agen** Aubiac, Nouvelle-Aquitaine![Actual Agen](https://www.actualgroup.com/_ipx/w_96&q_75/recruiters/icone-actual.svg)](https://www.actualgroup.com/en/jobs/macon-vrd-h-f-lu-re1262732a398861) [See all jobs](https://www.actualgroup.com/en/jobs?family=Construction,+BTP+et+Exploitation+Mini%C3%A8re) ## Sitemap See the full [sitemap](/sitemap.md) for all pages.
