## **The role**

### Reporting to the Activity Director, your main missions will be to

- Prospect, develop, and retain a client portfolio in the BTP sector;
- Identify and propose solutions adapted to your clients' recruitment needs;
- Manage your clients' satisfaction;
- Work transversally with the agencies in your scope to optimize responses to client needs;
- Actively contribute to commercial performance by achieving set objectives and participating in business development actions / work transversally with key account sales teams to contribute to the development of major client projects.

Employment conditions

- Position based in Ile-de-France / full-time CDI
- Remuneration composed of a fixed part and an attractive variable part, plus Group benefits (meal vouchers, health insurance, RTT, bonus...), Company Vehicle.

## **The profile we're looking for**

You have initial commercial experience in selling solutions/services to BTP players (structural work, civil engineering, finishing work, etc.).

Your knowledge of the temporary work/interim sector can be an asset to your application for this newly created position.

Interpersonal skills / Sense of challenge / Development orientation / Team spirit / Dynamism and Organization
