You will be in charge of making bread from A to Z, from preparing the dough to baking, while ensuring the quality, freshness, and consistency of our products. Production is mainly artisanal, with a limited share of pre-baked products, representing about 10% of total production. ### Your missions Ensure the production of bread from A to Z: weighing ingredients, kneading, proofing, shaping, fermentation, and baking. Use and adjust bakery equipment, including the mixer and oven. Master the different stages of production and adapt fermentation times according to the products. Ensure the baking and display of products throughout the day. Occasionally perform the baking of pre-baked products (about 10% of production). Guarantee the quality, freshness, and presentation of the products offered to customers. Respect hygiene and food safety rules and HACCP procedures. Ensure the cleaning and maintenance of equipment and the workstation. Participate in the good management of raw materials and the limitation of losses. ### Profile sought You hold a CAP/BEP in Bakery or have significant experience in a bakery. You master traditional bread-making techniques. You are autonomous in the entire production process, from preparation to baking. You know how to use a mixer, a professional oven, and common bakery equipment. You are organized, rigorous, dynamic, and enjoy teamwork. Experience in retail would be a plus. ### Contract type: CDI Why join us?
