Join us as a Baker (M/F)! As a Baker, you will be in charge of: Preparing dough in compliance with recipes and manufacturing procedures. Carrying out kneading, shaping, and the various stages of bread and pastry production. Ensuring the baking of products by mastering baking times and temperatures. Organizing your production according to the established schedule to ensure product availability throughout the day. Ensuring compliance with hygiene, food safety, and quality rules. Participating in the cleaning and maintenance of your workstation and equipment. ### Job information Start date: As soon as possible. Location: Aix-en-Provence Contract type: CDI 35h Remuneration: 1700 euros net ## **The profile we're looking for** Are you passionate about the baker's trade and want to put your know-how at the service of a dynamic team? We are looking for a Baker (M/F) with the following skills: Mastery of bread-making techniques: you know how to prepare different types of bread while respecting recipes, manufacturing methods, and quality requirements. Knowledge of hygiene and food safety rules: you rigorously apply current standards to ensure the quality and safety of preparations.
