You will create butcher specialties (roasts, paupiettes, skewers, marinades) and delicatessen items. Your role also involves highlighting the department, ensuring an impeccable festive presentation, and offering exemplary customer advice, all while ensuring strict compliance with hygiene and safety rules. **Profile sought:** You have training or solid experience in butchery and delicatessen. Mastery of cutting techniques is essential. We are looking for an autonomous, organized, versatile personality with excellent customer service skills to actively participate in the success of this festive period. **Job conditions:** This is a 3-week temporary assignment starting November 25, 2026. You will work on a 35-hour per week basis, with a salary of 12.50 euros per hour. Academically, you hold a **BEP/CAP or equivalent**, demonstrating your technical foundations and professional rigor.
