### About the client

A major private residential center located in Carancos (Asturias) is looking to hire **Nursing Assistants / Caregivers (M/F)** to strengthen its care team.

We are looking for professionals with a vocation for caring for the elderly to join an environment focused on the well-being and comprehensive care of residents.

**Main duties**

- Comprehensive care and attention for residents.
- Support in basic activities of daily living.
- Hygiene, mobilization, and accompaniment of residents.
- Collaboration with the medical and multidisciplinary team.
- Support in feeding and prescribed care, within the scope of the position's competencies.
- Ensure the well-being and comfort of residents.

**Requirements**

- Training as a Nursing Assistant (TCAE) or equivalent professional certificate in Sociosanitary Care for Dependent People in Social Institutions.
- Previous experience in residences, hospitals, or sociosanitary centers is valued.
- Caregiving vocation, empathy, and resident orientation.
- Availability for the shifts corresponding to the vacancy.

**Conditions**

- **2 full-time positions** to cover long-term absences, via a replacement contract.
- **2 full-time positions** to cover vacations until the end of the year, with the possibility of continuity as a floater with an indefinite contract.
- **1 structural position at 60% of full-time**, fixed morning shift.

**Available shifts**

- For full-time vacancies: rotating morning, afternoon, night, and split shifts.
- For the 60% vacancy: fixed morning shift, with rotation of working days.

**Schedules**

### For the 60% vacancy

- Morning: **08:00 to 12:00**.
- Weekends: **08:00 to 13:00**.

The specific schedules for the full-time vacancies will be detailed during the selection process.
