## **The role**

Within the Trademark team of the Marseille agency, composed of 4 people including 2 trademark attorneys (CPI), you will participate in the administrative management of trademark, design and model, and domain name portfolios, both in France and internationally.

### Your main missions will be as follows

- Perform filing, renewal, maintenance, registration, and opposition formalities with Industrial Property Offices
- Ensure the administrative management of title portfolios, including verification and updating of the database, and deadline management in connection with our information system
- Inform clients, and draft letters, reports, and minutes
- Communicate with our foreign correspondents
- Prepare quotes and follow up on file invoicing
- Ensure electronic filing of documents and archiving

## **The profile we're looking for**

You ideally have initial experience of 2 to 4 years in an equivalent position in an Industrial Property firm or company, and you are familiar with the procedures for filing, renewing, and extending Trademarks, Designs, and Models, both in France and abroad.

With a bac+2 level education, you master Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. You are very comfortable with IT and have a good level of English, particularly in writing.

Knowledge of the ALISSIA business tool would be a plus.

You are rigorous, have an eye for detail and organization, and enjoy working in a team. Your ability to adapt and your sense of responsibility are essential, recognized, and appreciated.
