We are urgently recruiting a **Payroll Manager / Assistant (M/F)** for a temporary assignment of at least 2 months, renewable. ### Your main missions Integrated into the payroll department, you will take charge of the complete payroll cycle management and personnel administration for a dedicated scope. Your responsibilities will include creating employee files, entering and checking variable elements (bonuses, leave, profit-sharing), producing payslips, and preparing final settlement documents. You will also be responsible for the reliability of social security declarations (DSN), managing sick leave, and monitoring provident and health insurance. ### Profile sought Holding a **3-year degree (Bac+3) specializing in Payroll or HR**, you have at least 3 years of successful experience in a similar role. A solid command of payroll mechanisms, social legislation, and time management tools (GTA) is essential. Knowledge of **Teams RH and Kelio Pro Plus** software, as well as experience in the **Plastics or Metallurgy** sectors, will be major assets. Recognized for your rigor, discretion, and interpersonal skills, you will be able to quickly integrate into a dynamic team. ### Job conditions This is a **full-time (35h)** position with daytime hours. The ideal candidate ideally justifies significant experience of **at least 3 years** in a similar position, with perfect mastery of payroll processes and current social legislation. A higher education degree at **Bac+2 or Bac+3 level in HR or accounting** is highly desired to ensure the reliability of transmitted data and the proper monitoring of personnel files. You have excellent command of **IT tools and payroll software**, as well as interpersonal skills allowing you to interact effectively with employees.
