As part of the development of its agency, we are recruiting a Bilingual English Versatile Agency Assistant (M/F) on a permanent contract (CDI). **Your Missions**As a true operational and administrative pillar, you will work at the heart of the agency's life to ensure the smooth running of its daily activities, in direct connection with the Development Manager and the General Manager: **Administrative management and operational logistics**: Establish and monitor rental contracts and all associated documents. **Coordinate and organize the transport of equipment** (planned provisions and logistical emergencies). Manage service providers, monitor regulatory and periodic equipment tests. Ensure stock management, order placement (consumables, parts), and inventory tracking. **Accounting and management monitoring**: Process supplier invoices: recording, reconciliation of delivery notes, and transmission for payment. Ensure monthly customer invoicing, monitoring of outstanding amounts, and collection (written and telephone reminders). Create new customer/supplier accounts and perform preliminary solvency checks. **Commercial, Marketing & HR Support**: Participate in the agency's influence: support for email campaigns, social networks, and preparation of regional trade fairs. Manage commercial materials (goodies, brochures, supplies, professional clothing). Coordinate the logistical integration of new employees (travel, work equipment) and follow the internal training plan. **QSSE approach:** Actively participate in the life of the Quality, Safety, and Environment management system (ISO and MASE standards) and associated document management. ## **The profile we're looking for** With a Bac+2/3 degree in SME/SMI management, business administration, or international trade, you have successful initial experience in a similar versatile role, ideally within a technical, logistics, or equipment rental agency. Languages: Fluent/bilingual English mandatory (written and spoken), as the group operates in an international environment. IT tools: Very good proficiency in office tools and ERP. Personal qualities: Versatility, autonomy, and a keen sense of organization. Administrative rigor, respect for rules, and responsiveness to unforeseen events.
