## **The role**

At the heart of the company, you play a key role at the junction between sales activity, logistics operations, and customer satisfaction. You ensure the complete follow-up of order processing, from the supplier order placement to the final intervention at our clients.

**Your main missions****1. Sales management & Order tracking**Register and validate all customer orders.

Be one of the privileged contacts for customers to answer their questions and ensure personalized follow-up.

Manage order processing and resolve any malfunctions.

**2. Logistics coordination & Planning**Verify and coordinate purchases corresponding to registered orders.

Blinds & Films: Organize and optimize the schedules of our installers according to the type of intervention, location, and technicality of the site.

Office furniture: Coordinate the delivery of products to our service providers and plan installation interventions at clients.

**3. Administration & Accounting follow-up**Control and verify supplier invoices.

Perform various daily administrative tasks (mail, filing, research, etc.).

## **The profile we're looking for**

**The profile sought****Education & Experience**: Holder of a Bac+2 (Commercial Secretarial, Management Assistant, or Logistics), you have a successful experience of at least 5 years in a similar position.**Technical skills**: Mastery of standard office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with Ciel management software.

**Geographical proximity**: Residing near Saint-Maurice (94) is highly desired for daily commute comfort.

**Your personal qualities:**Interpersonal skills & Smile: You enjoy customer contact and teamwork.

Rigor & Organization: You know how to manage the complexity of a schedule and structure your work.

Dynamism & Versatility: You adapt easily to varied missions and show responsiveness.
