## **The role**

As part of business development and to strengthen the team at the Rivas branch, this position offers complete immersion at the crossroads of commerce and SME management.

Reporting to the branch manager and integrated into a dynamic team, you will actively participate in commercial performance while ensuring the logistical fluidity essential to the proper functioning of the group.

**Work schedule:** This part-time position strictly requires presence at the end of the week, distributed as follows: **Wednesday (full day), Friday (full day), and Saturday morning.**

### Your main missions / responsibilities

- **Reception & Advice:** Welcome, guide, and advise building professionals and private customers to ensure a quality customer experience.
- **Administrative & Commercial Management:** Prepare precise quotes adapted to the technical needs expressed while ensuring rigorous follow-up of files.
- **Logistics:** Participate in the optimization and monitoring of goods flows between the warehouse and the branch to ensure product availability.
- **Merchandising:** Participate in maintaining the sales area and showcasing construction material ranges.

## **The profile we're looking for**

We are looking above all for an invested, rigorous, and autonomous temperament, capable of integrating quickly into the daily life of a construction sales agency.

**Experience and Training:** You have training in management (BTS Business Management, Executive Assistant, Commerce, or equivalent) and/or can justify a first successful experience in a similar position (reception, management, commerce).

### Technical skills

- Mastery of management software tools and general office automation.
- Sensitivity or interest in the world of construction and building materials.
- Sense of organization and administrative rigor.

### Behavioral skills

- Excellent interpersonal skills, sense of customer service and reception.
- Dynamism, autonomy, and versatility.
- Team spirit.

**Job conditions**

- **Contract type:** Part-time CDI.
- **Fixed schedule:** Wednesday, Friday (full days), and Saturday morning.
- **Location:** Rivas.
