## **The role**

Under the responsibility of a manager, you will be in charge of a portfolio of high-quality buildings, requiring local service and a personalized relationship. Your missions are as follows:

- **Secretarial and Administrative Management:** Typing letters via dictaphone, managing phone calls, and maintaining agendas.
- **Operational Follow-up:** Management of stakeholders (suppliers and service providers), quote requests, and work orders (OS).
- **Technical Management:** Complete follow-up of claims (water damage, fires, etc.).
- **Contracts and Assemblies:** Administrative follow-up of contracts. Preparation of condominium and SCI assemblies, including drafting of notices and minutes.

## **The profile we're looking for**

**Holder of a Bac +4 level education accompanied by a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position**, you possess a **very good level of spelling** as well as an **excellent command of computer and office tools**.

Recognized for your autonomy, your rigor, and your responsiveness, you demonstrate dynamism and have good interpersonal skills while knowing how to remain discreet. Your profile is distinguished by a great capacity for adaptation, a keen sense of organization, and a real aptitude for anticipation.
