## **The role**

The ACTUAL recruitment firm is looking, on behalf of its client, for a Key Account Sales Assistant (M/F) in the Pontcharra-sur-Turdine area. You will join a committed company, specialized in health and wellness products, and driven by fair values.

### Main missions

**Administrative & commercial support:** Provide daily support to the Key Account Manager.

**Commercial preparation:** Prepare client meetings, business reviews, presentation materials, and commercial files.

**Agreement tracking:** Manage the administrative follow-up of commercial agreements (prices, discounts, assortments, and negotiated commitments).

**Catalog management:** Monitor product listings, create and update product sheets and references.

**Promotional coordination:** Coordinate promotional operations in liaison with sales teams, marketing, sales administration, and logistics.

**Steering & reporting:** Consolidate and update commercial dashboards and reports (turnover, sales volumes, performance by retailer).

**Database updates:** Ensure continuous updating of client and product data in tools and tracking files.

**Internal/external interface:** Facilitate communication between key account clients and various internal departments.

**Dispute management:** Handle client requests as well as any administrative or commercial disputes, alerting the Key Account Manager if necessary.

**Annual reviews:** Contribute to the preparation of activity reports and the monitoring of year-end rebates (RFA).

This position is to be filled on a 4-month fixed-term contract (CDD) initially. Possibility of extension. The salary is in the range of approximately 28K gross annually.

## **The profile we're looking for**

As an expert in commercial relations, you are dynamic, rigorous, have a taste for challenge, a sense of organization, communication skills, and strong motivation.

You have more than 3 years of experience in a comparable position in the Food or Non-Food consumer goods sector.

You have excellent command of main IT tools (Excel, Word, etc.) and have already worked with a CRM tool.
