## **The role**

Do you want to join a dynamic team and actively contribute to human resources management? Actual is looking for an **HR Assistant (M/F)** for a position based in **Neuilly-en-Thelle (60530)**, to be filled as soon as possible.

### Your main missions

Within a structure dedicated to the territorial civil service, you will ensure the **complete administrative management of personnel** (monitoring agent files, contracts, leaves of absence, vacations, and medical visits). You will play a key role in **payroll management** by participating in the collection and entry of variable elements. Your expertise will also contribute to **career monitoring** (promotions, training, annual reviews) and to **regulatory monitoring** specific to the civil service status. Finally, you will be involved in the implementation of various structuring **HR projects** for the organization.

### The profile sought

We are looking for a rigorous, organized person with excellent interpersonal skills. Your adaptability and sense of service will be essential assets to support agents and assist management in its HR missions. Previous experience or solid knowledge in administrative management and payroll would be highly appreciated.

## **The profile we're looking for**

Education: Minimum Bac+2 (Associate degree) in HR or administrative management.

Experience: Junior profile accepted if there is proven initial experience in HR; experienced profile appreciated.

Major asset: Knowledge of the status of the Territorial Civil Service (FPT).

Private sector candidates: Accepted if they have solid HR foundations and real motivation for the public sector.

Key qualities: Rigor, professional discretion, versatility, autonomy, and a sense of public service.
