## **The role**
**Actual Ambérieu is looking for one of its clients specializing in the transport and logistics of bulky goods, particularly in the delivery of furniture and household appliances: **Transport Administrative Assistant (M/F) for Saturdays only.****
### Your missions:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will ensure the organization and daily monitoring of transport operations. As a true interface between the company, customers, and drivers, you will ensure the proper execution of the services for which you are responsible.
### In this capacity, your **main missions** will be
- Organize and plan transport routes.
- Ensure daily monitoring of drivers and deliveries.
- Edit and check transport documents.
- Manage driver calls and operational contingencies.
- Verify, validate, and close routes on the computer system.
- Ensure the administrative monitoring of the activity.
- Manage driver service times in compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate exchanges between customers, drivers, and the various company departments.
- Ensure the quality of services and compliance with deadlines.
### Schedule:
- Only for working on Saturdays
- 8am-4pm
### Remuneration:
- €12.60 / hour
- €12 meal voucher per day worked
### Contract:
- Temporary work
## **The profile we're looking for**
### Profile sought:
- Mastery of computer tools, particularly the Office Pack.
- Good geographical knowledge.
- Excellent sense of organization and priority management.
- Good interpersonal skills and ease in exchanges with customers and drivers.
- Rigor, involvement, and sense of responsibility.
- Ability to manage your working time and cope with the unexpected.
- Autonomy, responsiveness, and initiative.
- Ability to carry out checks and verification of goods with rigor.
