## **The role**

Are you organized, rigorous, and looking to join a dynamic team? The Actual agency is looking for an **Administrative Assistant (m/f)** for a position based in **Trappes (78190)**.

As part of an **18-month** contract, you will play a key role within the organization.

### Your main missions will be as follows

Handle customs site declarations, manage centenarian invoicing, coordinate information flows between different departments, and ensure a quality welcome for our drivers.

This is a **full-time** position of 35 hours per week.

### Remuneration & Benefits

Hourly rate €14.63

- IFM + ICP + annual bonus and referral bonus
- Full-time position with fixed team hours: 08:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday
- Position Conditions

Contract: Interim mission (with strong possibility of evolution towards a permanent contract).

## **The profile we're looking for**

To fill the position of Administrative Assistant (m/f), we are looking for a person with an excellent **sense of organization** and great rigor in processing files. Previous experience of **1 to 3 years** in a similar function is highly appreciated to be operational quickly.

The ideal candidate perfectly masters **office tools**, particularly the Office pack, and has excellent writing skills. Ideally holding a **2-year degree in administrative management or secretarial studies**, you demonstrate discretion, versatility, and a keen sense of customer service.

Your ability to work in a team, combined with your **interpersonal skills**, will allow you to integrate effectively into our services and actively contribute to the smooth daily operation of our structure.

Our client, a 48,000 m² logistics platform on behalf of Auchan, specializes in supplying Île-de-France stores with grocery, baby, and cellar (alcohol and wine) products.

Located in Trappes (78), this warehouse is recognized for its environmental commitment. With HQE (High Environmental Quality) certification, it benefits from modern ecological and social facilities (known as Eco-Trappes), ensuring a high-quality work environment.
