Ready to join the game? Actual group is opening its 2026 season and is recruiting the next new talents on work-study contracts all over France for the following positions:

- Recruitment Officer
- Professional Integration Advisor
- Payroll Administrators

Immersed in the field, you will actively participate in all stages of recruitment, just like a real member of the team.

### 🎯 Your challenges as part of the "Bachelor in Recruitment Agency Consulting"

### Analyze company needs

- Participation in taking orders, company visits, and analyzing vacancies

### Source and recruit talent

- Searching for candidates via our tools, leading recruitment actions, interviews and profile selection, supporting candidates towards success,
- Contribution to their integration, safety awareness, mission monitoring, and participation in setting up training

### Manage administration

- Preparing files, drafting contracts, and managing administrative elements in connection with the management center, working collectively with our clients.
- Monitoring satisfaction, loyalty, and proposing HR solutions adapted to their needs

## **The profile we're looking for**

### Your profile to join the team

- **Bac +2 (2-year degree) validated or in the process of being validated**
- Interest in recruitment, HR or commercial professions
- Comfortable speaking, organized, reactive
- Desire to learn a field and action-oriented profession
