## **The role**

The Actual agency is delighted to offer you an opportunity as a **Nursing assistant (M/F)** in **Vayres (33870)**.

Within this establishment, you will play an essential role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of the residents.

Your daily tasks will include **meal assistance**, **nursing care**, performing **hygiene care**, managing **incontinence changes**, as well as specific support during **evening meals**.

These are temporary assignments for **holiday replacements or reinforcement shifts, regular assignments.**

**Hours:** 7am-7pm or 7:30am-7:30pm or 8am-8pm or 7:15pm-6:15am or 8:15pm-7:15am

**Remuneration: €12.64/h (possibility of seniority recognition) + decentralized bonus + function bonus + Ségur bonuses**

## **The profile we're looking for**

To excel as a **Nursing assistant (M/F)**, you must hold the **State Diploma of Nursing Assistant (DEAS) or have experience as an acting nursing assistant,** and show great kindness towards patients.

We are looking for a professional with **excellent listening skills** and a keen sense of **teamwork** to ensure the quality of care and the comfort of the residents.

You have initial experience in a hospital environment or in an EHPAD.

Your **availability**, your ability to handle emergencies calmly, and your **natural empathy** will be the major assets of your success within our teams.
