## **The role**

🌍 **Are you looking to take on a new professional challenge and focus on a change in life perspective?**

Within the Lausanne branch, your mission will be to develop and retain a clientele of investors wishing to diversify their assets and realize real estate projects in the United Arab Emirates.

🎯 Your main responsibilities**1. Business development and prospecting**

- Identify and prospect a clientele of individuals, entrepreneurs, investors, and business leaders.
- Develop your own client portfolio in the Swiss market.
- Organize and conduct sales meetings.
- Identify the wealth needs and investment objectives of prospects.
- Develop and enrich your professional network and local partnerships.

**2. Marketing of real estate investments in the United Arab Emirates**

- Present real estate investment opportunities in Dubai and the Emirates.
- Advise clients in discovering the various real estate projects.
- Present programs, developers, and investment strategies.
- Ensure commercial follow-up until the realization of projects.
- Collaborate with teams based in the United Arab Emirates to ensure comprehensive support.

👤 Your profile

- You have successful experience in B2B sales, commerce, real estate, finance, or business development.
- You possess excellent interpersonal skills and genuine commercial ease.
- You are comfortable with prospecting and negotiation.
- You have a taste for challenge and performance.
- You are autonomous, organized, and proactive.
- You have an excellent professional presentation and know how to establish a relationship of trust with a demanding clientele.
- You wish to invest yourself in an entrepreneurial project with an international dimension.
- You have the ambition to try expatriation in Switzerland.

Experience in real estate or wealth investment is an advantage, but not essential if you possess solid commercial skills.

Fluency in French is essential. English is an asset.
