Your missions

### Within our team, you will independently ensure

Multimodal booking and **ticketing**: **issuance** and management of **air**, **hotel**, and **vehicle** rental flows via **Amadeus** and dedicated professional platforms.

Full **management** of **Corporate** files: processing modifications, cancellations, and refunds (automatic and manual) with rigor and responsiveness.

**Tailor-made** services for VIP & Luxury clients: design and coordination of **complex**, high-value-added requests (business aviation, luxury hotels, private **concierge**, meet & greet services, exclusive experiences).

**Strategic** advice and client relations: fine **analysis** of needs, proposing optimized solutions that comply with the strictest requirements.

End-to-end follow-up: proactive **support** and **operational** management of files until the travelers return.

## **The profile we're looking for**

### Experience & Technical Skills

**Confirmed** experience in a travel agency, with a specialization in **Business** Travel.

Essential **mastery** of **GDS Amadeus (pricing, issuance, modifications, and refunds).**

Practice of **MB3M** and mastery of online booking tools (**SBT**) highly appreciated.

Fluent professional English (written and spoken).

### Soft skills & **professional** posture

Complete operational **autonomy** and **demonstrated** ability to manage high-stakes files.

Keen sense of customer service, discretion, and **codes adapted** to a premium / VIP clientele.

Responsiveness, composure, and initiative in the face of complex or urgent requests.

Organizational rigor, precision, and a strong taste for challenge.

- Contract type: CDI
- Working time: 35h / week
- Location: Paris 8
- Work organization: Hybrid mode (up to 2 days of telework per week after validation of the probationary period)
