## **The role**

### The collections agent, based on financial and commercial procedures

- Prevents and limits bad debt risks by negotiating amicably, if necessary, with the client on specific payment and outstanding management conditions
- Ensures an interface with sales departments and collection service providers for the resolution of customer billing disputes
- Manages bad debt files in litigation with our external providers by optimizing the quality and efficiency of the collections made

- Endowed with a good analytical mind and great rigor, you use numerical data for the benefit of the company's performance.

- Finally, your background demonstrates real technological agility and an ability to quickly develop skills on new tools.

Job benefits: Work-life balance: A stable 35-hour rhythm (08:00-12:00 / 13:00-16:00). Remuneration: €1,900 gross + 13th month. Bonus: Restaurant vouchers worth €9.
