## **The role**

**Are you ready to roll up your sleeves (and handle the meat!) to manufacture high-quality delicatessen products?**

### As an Operator, you are an essential link in the value chain

- Manufacturing & Preparation: You actively participate in the cooking of our products (preparation of stuffed items, cooking stages).
- Precision Packaging: You ensure slicing, packaging, and boxing, guaranteeing presentation quality for our customers.
- Inflexible Quality: You are the guarantor of compliance with hygiene and quality standards in a demanding environment.

### To succeed in this recipe, you must be ready to

- Work in the Cold: Preparation is done in a refrigerated environment to guarantee the freshness of our products.
- Handle Raw Materials: Be comfortable with contact and handling of meat and delicatessen products.
- Respect the Production Rhythm (2x8): Alternate between Morning shifts (e.g., 5am-1pm) and Afternoon shifts (e.g., 1pm-9pm). No regular weekend work.

**Comprehensive Income:** Base salary (starting from 12.31€/hour) PLUS bonuses related to working conditions (cold, changing, etc.).

## **The profile we're looking for**

Team spirit is your secret sauce: Even without a diploma in the food industry, your motivation, team spirit, and desire to invest yourself in the long term are what count.

Beginners are welcome, your rigor will make the difference!
