## **The role**

Do you want to join a dynamic team and actively contribute to environmental protection? Actual is looking for a **Waste Sorting Employee / Operations Agent (M/F)** in **Caudan (56850)**.

As part of a **4-week** contract starting on **October 27, 2026**, you will hold a full-time position (**35 hours per week**) at the heart of the site's operations.

### Your main missions

As a key player on the ground, you ensure **quality service** for users. You inform and guide them precisely towards the different sorting areas to guarantee the site's efficiency. Your role is also essential to ensure strict compliance with **sorting and safety instructions**. Finally, you are responsible for the impeccable cleanliness of the site and the proper daily management of waste.

You are recognized for your sense of service, your rigor, and your ability to enforce safety rules. Join us for this stimulating mission in service of the community!

## **The profile we're looking for**

To fill the position of operations agent, we are looking for a person with excellent **physical condition** to perform outdoor handling tasks. You demonstrate great **rigor** and strict compliance with **safety instructions** and selective sorting procedures.

The ideal candidate has a good **sense of contact**, as you will be in daily interaction with users to guide them in their deposits. Previous experience in an industrial or agricultural environment, or in the field of waste management, is a major asset, but your **motivation** and ability to work in a team remain our priority selection criteria.

You are recognized for your **punctuality**, your seriousness, and your commitment to environmental protection. No specific diploma is required; however, an **aptitude for outdoor work** in all weather conditions is essential to succeed in these missions.
