## **The role**

You ensure the administrative processing of commercial offers for a portfolio of GSA, GSB, GSS and discounter chains.

- **Order management**  
  \- Receive, check and enter customer offers (EDI, chain portals, e-mail)  
  \- Verify prices, pricing conditions, and availability  
  \- Track orders until warehouse delivery in liaison with logistics  
  \- Manage warehouse appointment scheduling
- **LISTING and product data**  
  \- Create and update product sheets on chain platforms (Salsify, PSS, supplier portals)  
  \- Guarantee data quality and compliance: EAN/GTIN, logistics, visuals, regulatory  
  \- Track listing, delisting and new product files  
  \- Transmit prices and price updates within the required deadlines
- **Customer relations and disputes**  
  \- Be the contact person for central offices/stores  
  \- Handle disputes  
  \- Check deductions, penalties  
  \- Participate in tracking outstanding payments and reminders with the accounting department
- **Reporting and sales support**

- Track indicators: service rate, stock-outs, disputes, deadlines
- Propose ADV process improvements

## **The profile we're looking for**

Holder of a Bac+2 to Bac+3 degree such as NRDC, GPME, International Trade, GEA or equivalent.

You have **proven experience in ADV (minimum 2 years) in mass retail**, with proven practice

of **customer entry platforms (Salsify, PSS**...).

You have **knowledge of mass retail circuits**: central offices, platforms and stores, **mastery of EDI flows** and **management of GMS disputes and deductions**, product and tariff data management. **Professional English** is preferred.

Mandatory experience in listing and product entry on chain platforms.
