## **The role**

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you are the primary point of contact for suppliers and subcontractors.

### In this capacity, your main missions will be

- Ensure the monitoring of suppliers and subcontractors, both in terms of quality and finance.
- Maintain and enforce purchasing contractual conditions.
- Control the application of contractual clauses and commitments.
- Monitor metal prices, currency rates (notably USD), and various purchasing indices.
- Identify, recommend, and qualify new supply sources, in collaboration with technical teams.
- Participate in the drafting and validation of specifications and technical and contractual requirements.
- Validate, in particular, the specifications related to the creation of tooling.
- Ensure the monitoring and maintenance of prices in the ERP.
- Carry out regular reporting to the General Management and the various departments concerned.
- Contribute to the monitoring of budgets, purchasing gains, and supplier performance.
- Report market information and developments.

Daytime hours: 35h/week. Salary between 16 and 19 euros per hour, negotiable according to profile.

## **The profile we're looking for**

We are looking for a person with initial experience in purchasing, supply, or supplier management, ideally in an industrial environment.

### You are comfortable with

- relationship management and negotiation with suppliers
- monitoring prices, costs, and purchasing indicators
- data analysis and reporting
- IT tools and ideally an ERP.

You are recognized for your rigor, responsiveness, sense of organization, and ability to work with different stakeholders. Knowledge of the industrial sector, hardware, or raw material monitoring would be appreciated.

As part of the replacement of an employee on maternity leave, our client is looking for a Buyer (M/F) to ensure the monitoring and continuity of its Purchasing activity.
