## **The role**

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you are the primary point of contact for suppliers and subcontractors.

### In this capacity, your main missions will be

- Ensure the **monitoring of suppliers and subcontractors**, both in terms of quality and finance.
- Maintain and enforce **contractual purchasing conditions**.
- Control the application of **contractual clauses and commitments.**
- Monitor **metal prices, exchange rates (notably USD)** and various purchasing indices.
- Identify, recommend, and qualify new sources of supply, in collaboration with technical teams.
- Participate in the **drafting and validation of specifications** and technical and contractual requirements.
- Specifically validate the specifications related to the production of tooling.
- Ensure the **monitoring and maintenance of prices in the ERP**.
- Carry out **regular reporting** to the General Management and the various departments concerned.
- Contribute to the **monitoring of budgets, purchasing gains, and supplier performance.**
- Report information and market developments.

### Daytime hours: 35 hours/week

Salary between 16 and 19 euros per hour, to be negotiated according to the profile.

## **The profile we're looking for**

We are looking for a person with **initial experience in purchasing**, supply, or supplier management, ideally in an **industrial environment.**

### You are comfortable with

- relationship management and negotiation with suppliers
- monitoring prices, costs, and purchasing indicators
- data analysis and reporting
- IT tools and ideally an ERP.

You are recognized for your rigor, responsiveness, organizational skills, and ability to work with different stakeholders.

Knowledge of the industrial sector, hardware, or raw material monitoring would be appreciated.

As part of a maternity leave replacement, our client is looking for a **Buyer (M/F)** to ensure the monitoring and continuity of its purchasing activity.

A recognized player in the **hardware sector** for exterior building openings (shutters, gates, garage doors, roller shutters), the group works with carpenters, manufacturers, craftsmen, installers, private individuals, and hardware dealers.
