As a true Supply Chain point of contact within the project team, you will work in close collaboration with the Project Manager and the various internal functions to ensure compliance with commitments regarding deadlines, quality, costs, and supplier performance. ### In this capacity, your main missions will be to - Manage the Supply Chain action plan for projects and secure deliveries in compliance with OTD, quality, and cost objectives; - Take charge of project purchases from end to end, from the expression of need to supplier payment; - Prepare and launch RFQs, analyze offers, and conduct commercial and contractual negotiations; - Issue orders and ensure their follow-up until final delivery; - Organize and lead supplier Kick-Off Meetings to secure commitments and schedules; - Anticipate supplier risks, identify blocking points, and implement necessary corrective actions; - Manage and develop a panel of high-performing and qualified suppliers; - Collaborate with Commodity Management teams to identify new sourcing solutions and contribute to supplier business cases; - Coordinate topics related to supplier quality, inspections, and documentation; - Monitor the economic performance of purchases with a TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) approach; Provide regular reporting to the project team and escalate issues when necessary. You will thus act at the interface between Purchasing, Supply Chain, project teams, Quality, and suppliers, in a demanding international industrial environment. ## **The profile we're looking for** With a Master's degree / engineering school background, specializing in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Project Management, you ideally have at least 10 years of experience in purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain within a project-oriented industrial environment. You master the various stages of the purchasing process: sourcing, RFQ, negotiation, contractualization, order management, and supplier performance management. Your experience also allows you to be comfortable with issues of costs, deadlines, quality, supplier risks, and contractual commitments. Knowledge of Hydro equipment is a real asset. Failing that, experience gained in a technical and complex industrial environment (energy, industrial equipment, mechanics, electromechanics, or engineering projects) could be particularly relevant. Autonomous and results-oriented, you know how to manage several subjects simultaneously, quickly identify priorities, and make the necessary decisions to advance a project. Your ability to negotiate, solve problems, and coordinate multiple stakeholders will be essential to succeed in this role.
