As a local presence, they often form an important social bond, especially in rural areas, while ensuring the reliability and punctuality of the delivery service. ## **Key responsibilities** ### **Prepare and organize the delivery route** Sort mail and parcels according to delivery order and plan the route to optimize delivery times. ### **Deliver mail and parcels** Deliver letters, parcels, and registered mail to individuals and businesses within specified deadlines. ### **Provide a local service** Handle deliveries requiring a signature and offer, depending on the route, additional services to customers. ### **Report issues and maintain contact with local residents** Report any difficulties encountered on the route and build a relationship of trust with local residents. ## **Key skills** ### **Hard skills** Use of IT systems dedicated to passenger and flight management.
