Actual group announces the appointment of**Orlane Guéno**as**Chief Human Resources Officer**for the entire group. In this role, she joins the executive committee and will be responsible for leading the HR strategy during a key phase of the company's development.

## An international career at the crossroads of sport, business and HR

Aged 37 and originally from Nantes, Orlane Guéno has an international background at the crossroads of three fields that have deeply shaped her career path: elite sports, business and human resources.

A lifelong handball player, she pursued her studies alongside her athletic career across England, Australia and Paris, specializing in business and human resources. She began her career at a recruitment firm before joining Prada and later Saint Laurent.

## HR expertise developed in demanding international environments

She then continued her career at Desigual, in an international setting, working as an HR Business Partner before rising to the position of Human Resources Director for France, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.

Alongside her professional career, she continued her athletic involvement, playing for Paris Handball (PSG) and Carquefou (N1/N2).

## A CHRO at the heart of business challenges

For the past four years, Orlane Guéno served as Human Resources Director at Mango France. There, she structured and developed the HR function to position it fully at the heart of business challenges in a demanding international environment.
