## **How does it work?**

### **Get my code**

From the my actual app, I go to My Space, then Account and Preferences, then Benefits. I generate my personal referral code.

### **Share my code**

I send my code to my loved ones: friends, family, acquaintances looking for a job.

### **Get my reward**

As soon as my referee completes 70 hours of assignments within 3 months, I receive my digital gift card.

## **High-demand jobs, boosted bonus**

## For a selection of highly sought-after jobs, your referral is even better rewarded.

If the person you refer is qualified in one of these jobs (M/F), you get **€150** instead of €70:

**Forklift driver with CACES****Heavy or Super Heavy Truck Driver****Formworker****Boilermaker****Line or machine operator****Electrician****Mason****Welder****Maintenance technician****Rope access technician****Commercial diver****Nurse**

Do you know someone who ticks one of these boxes? Now is the time to refer them.

### Please note, two rules to respect

1. The referral code must be shared **before your referee signs their contract**. Once the contract is signed, the referral is no longer possible.
2. To refer someone, you must be **or have been** on an assignment with Actual for at least **1 hour in the last 12 months**. Your referee, on the other hand, must **never have had a contract** with Actual group.
